Evergreen Line Rapid Transit Project ($1.4B) Design/Build/Finance 2012 – 2016

Project Consortium: EGRT Construction – Graham Building Services and SNC-Lavalin (and JVs)

Client: Ministry of Transportation, Province of British Columbia Canada

Scope: Bid Phase through Implementation – Communication and engagement planning, implementation and oversight. Full-time consortium communication staff recruited, trained and assigned.

Eglinton Crosstown LRT ($5.3B) P3 Design/Build/Finance/M&R 2016 – 2021

Project Co Consortium: Crosslinx Transit Solutions – ACS Infrastructure Canada, AECON, EllisDon and SNC-Lavalin (and JVs)

Client: Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario, GTHA Ontario

Scope: Bid Phase to Communication Team Start-up: Communication and engagement planning, key individual implementation and handover.

Metro Line LRT ($350M) Design/Build & Management Services 2011 – 2014

Project Consortium: North Link Partnership – Graham Building Services and SNC-Lavalin

Client: City of Edmonton, Alberta Canada

Scope: Bid Phase through Implementation – Communication and engagement planning, implementation and oversight. Part-time consortium communication staff assigned. 

Confederation Line LRT ($2B) P3 Design/Build/Finance/Maintain 2013 – 2017

Project Co Consortium: Rideau Transit Group – ACS Infrastructure Canada, EllisDon and SNC-Lavalin (plus JVs)

Client: Infrastructure Ontario and City of Ottawa, City of Ottawa Canada

Scope: Bid Phase through Implementation – Communication and engagement planning, implementation and oversight. Full-time consortium communication staff recruited, trained and assigned.

Hurontario LRT ($15M) Preliminary Design and Transit Project Assessment Process (EA) 2012 – 2014

Project Consortium: SNC-Lavalin with Prime Consultants Steer Davies Gleeve, DIALOG and LEA Consulting

Client and Project Sponsor: Cities of Mississauga and Brampton, and Metrolinx, GTHA Ontario Canada

Scope: Bid Phase through Implementation – Communication and engagement Planning, implementation and oversight. Passed the Transit Project Assessment Process (TPAP) environmental certification. One part-time consortium communication staff was recruited, trained and assigned.

Calgary West LRT ($800M) Design/Build 2010 – 2012

Project Consortium: Graham Building Services and SNC-Lavalin (plus JVs)

Client: City of Calgary, Alberta Canada

Scope: Bid Phase through Implementation – Communication and engagement planning, implementation and oversight. One full-time consortium communication staff was recruited, trained and assigned.

Canada Line Rapid Transit Project ($1.9B) P3 Design/Build/Finance/O&M 2005 – 2009

Project Co Consortium: InTransitBC – SNC-Lavalin (and its JVs)

Client: Province of BC/TransLink/Cities of Vancouver and Richmond and Vancouver International Airport Authority, British Columbia Canada

Scope: Preliminary Design Phase through Implementation – Communication and engagement planning and implementation. Full-time consortium communication staff were recruited, trained and assigned.
